What do I actually need to start?
The photos and videos on your phone, and the people you went with. That is it. You choose a length, a shape and a kind of music, and the film is built from what is there.
Can I use video as well as photographs?
Yes, and it matters. A holiday film made only of stills is a slideshow; the ten seconds of wind and shouting at the top of the hill is what makes it the trip. Videmory takes both and trims the clips to fit the edit.
What length should a holiday video be?
Most trips suit somewhere between three and six minutes — long enough to be the holiday, short enough that people watch to the end. Longer trips can carry more. You choose before the film is built, and a second length is an additional version.
Can I get it in a square or vertical shape for social media?
Yes. Aspect ratio is one of the choices, so the same trip can be delivered as a wide film for a television and a vertical one for a phone. The first film is AU$49 and each additional version is AU$15.
Do you keep my photos?
