The introductory launch offer

Your first finished film is just AU$49, with additional versions only AU$15 each. It applies to Videmory Travel and Videmory Birthday alike, and there is nothing to claim: it is simply the price at checkout. Introductory pricing is available for a limited time and may increase in the future. If it does change, the amount shown before you pay is always the amount you pay.

What counts as a version?

A version is one finished film with a chosen length and format.

You can choose from:

Full-length Film, or the Highlight when your trip is long enough to be offered one
16:9 landscape or 9:16 vertical

For example, a 16:9 Full-length Film can be your first film for AU$49. The same film in 9:16 costs AU$15. If your trip is long enough to be offered a Highlight as well, that is another AU$15.

A Birthday film is priced the same way: AU$49 for the first finished film and AU$15 for each additional version, built from the photos, video and messages everyone has already added.

A trip makes its Full-length Film by default — everything that passes the quality check, in the order it happened. The Highlight Film is the shorter alternative, offered once there is more than about six minutes of material, because below that the two would come out as the same film and charging for both would be charging twice for one.

GST

Videmory is not registered for GST, so the prices on this page are the whole amount. There is no tax added at checkout and none included in the figures.

No subscription or credits

You pay for the films you choose to keep. There are no monthly fees, credits or premium quality tiers.

Every delivered film is made from the same uploaded material and at the same final quality. The AU$15 charge is for an additional finished version, not an upgrade.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and are not stored by Videmory.

Once payment is confirmed, the full-quality film becomes available from the finished-film screen and from My Projects.

Refunds and problems

You can watch the complete film before paying. If something goes wrong with the paid download or it does not match the preview, contact us and we will fix the problem or provide the remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
